Blackpaws Motto: Less Dogs; More Space We feel the best experience a dog can have while away from their loved ones is being in a spacious, fun filled and quieter environment. That is why we only house 25-40 dogs at any given time. That is why our play groups are smaller (2-6 dogs) and we have extra large, fully enclosed play fields for them to run full stride; even the littles We are staffed from 7:00 am until 9:30-10:00 PM, giving all dogs opportunity to continue playing after dinner and having fun and using outside for bathroom breaks. The way it should be One of the few boarding facilities that do this and is, what sets us apart from everyone else; with a Gold Standard.

**Qualifications: We offer above average pay for above average work**
- Minimum 1 yr previous experience in the Kennel and/or Dog Daycare Industry
- Experience with dog group socialization of all breeds and sizes. Confidence and knowledge while handling dogs is crucial
- Exceptional customer service skills are essential for this role
- Must be available days, evenings, weekends and Holidays
- Ability to work independently and show problem solving skills is a must
- Proven reliability, punctuality and low absenteeism. Previous employers will be verified.
- Excellent cleaning and sanitation skills are a must. There are no short cuts and sanitation is of the utmost importance.
- Physical requirements are required when working at Blackpaws. Ability to shovel runs, lift a minimum of 50 pound and be able to handle 100+ pound dogs. On your feet consistently.
