**What it’s like to be a Northbridge**Claims Manager**

As a Claims Manager at Northbridge, you’ll lead a team of talented adjusters, driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional service to our insureds, claimants, and broker partners. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day claims operations, coaching and developing staff, and ensuring that claims are handled efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with our customer-first values. You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally with departments like underwriting, actuarial, and accounting to support business goals and continuous improvement.

If you are great at:

- Leading and motivating teams with empathy and clarity
- Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Solving problems with a strategic and customer-focused mindset
- Driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement

You have:

- 10+ years of experience in the property & casualty insurance industry
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in claims
- CIP/FCIP designation is an asset
- Strong technical knowledge of claims handling, policy wordings, and insurance contracts
