**Overview**
We are a rapidly growing parcel delivery company seeking a **Warehouse Supervisor** to manage daily warehouse operations and lead a small but dynamic warehouse team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and safety of our logistics operations.

**Responsibilities**
- **Warehouse Operations Management**:
Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound processes, parcel handling, storage, and overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- **Team Management**:
Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling, on-the-job training, and performance evaluation. Foster a productive and motivated team environment.
- **Parcel Handling & Exception Management**:
Verify incoming parcel quantities against manifests. Identify and process incorrect addresses or damaged goods.
- **Safety Oversight**:
Monitor and enforce warehouse safety protocols to ensure compliance with company and industry safety standards. Provide safety training to reduce risks and prevent accidents.
- **Logistics Coordination**:
Collaborate with internal transportation teams or external logistics providers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. Quickly respond to delays or irregularities.
- **Data & Reporting**:
Review sorting error reports and analyze operational efficiency. Provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations to management.
- **Cost Control & Process Optimization**:
Monitor and manage warehouse expenses. Identify and implement improvements to streamline workflows and reduce unnecessary costs.
- **Equipment Management**:
Ensure warehouse equipment is properly maintained and functioning safely. Schedule regular inspections and coordinate repairs as needed.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Proven leadership and team supervision experience
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with forklift operation; certification is preferred but not required at hiring (training can be provided).
- Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Basic English required; additional languages such as Chinese are a plus
- Forklift certification is an asset (optional)
- Valid First Aid certification and/or Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) training/certification is a strong asset(optional)

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
