Under the supervision of the manager, helps coordinate store activities, ensures quality customer service and acts as a back-up when necessary, in addition to sales consultant duties.

**Main tasks and responsibilities**

  • Opening and closing of the boutique
  • Check that the websites are up to date several times a day
  • Replace the manager during vacation or illness
  • Able to make a decision in the event of a problem with a customer.
  • Be able to lead the team, take the *lead*, initiative even if the manager is on site-Act as a sales consultant
  • Provide customer service in-store, according to company standards
  • Participate actively in meeting the store's sales and productivity objectives
  • Collaborate on performance indicators (sales per transaction, units per transaction)
  • Keep abreast of market and competitive activities, events and information.
  • Is a resource person for the boutique team in the day-to-day management of activities and the resolution of customer service problems, particularly in the absence of the manager
  • All other tasks related to the smooth running of the business.
