An independent 4-star property located on Victoria’s beautiful inner harbour, we offer a professional and supportive work environment. All members of the Stewarding team have an important role to play in making sure operations run smoothly and our guests receive excellent food & beverage service.

**Description of **Duties**:

- Clean dishes, pots, equipment and the kitchens to established standards
- Operate the dishwasher and check finished dishes for cleanliness
- Sweep and mop the floor regularly
- Keep all kitchen areas clean and organized
- Assist with garbage disposal
- Adhere to established safety procedures at all times

**Qualifications & Abilities**:

- FoodSafe certification
- Dishwashing experience in a kitchen
- Organized and efficient
- Able to work well with others and follow instructions
- Excellent attention to detail
- Clear communication skills
- Responsible and adaptable to changing demands
- Available to work varied shift times
