**Culinary Steward**

A key member of the culinary team, the kitchen steward is responsible for cleanliness in the restaurant back-of-house.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cleaning dishes from all Food & Beverage service in various hotel departments
- Assisting with storage of food orders
- General cleaning duties throughout the kitchen area
- Assisting with staff meal service
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Previous culinary experience an asset
- Sincere team focus
- Strong personal integrity with an innate desire to work in an ethical manner.

**Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to)**:

- Continuous standing and walking throughout shift
- Some lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
- Kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting over-head

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.77 per hour
