**Key Responsibilities**:

- Add in appropriate links to collections, posts, and website copy
- Ensure accurate and proper tagging of all products to increase search-ability and engagement
- Help maintain company Ecommerce Photography Smartsheets
- Develop trend, product, and vendor knowledge to aid in making descriptions and tag
- Assist with manual inventory control to ensure product availability is accurate for damaged, unavailable or missing items
- Be accountable for daily workflow and schedule; continuously improve workflows and processes
- Act as ambassador for gravitypope by building positive working relationships both externally and internally
- Special projects may be assigned when required

**Qualifications**:

- High attention to detail
- Proficient typing and computer skills
- Excellent writing skills and experience with copywriting
- Strong understanding of construction, têxtiles, and materials
- Strong understanding of the fashion retail industry and where gravitypope fits within that aesthetic
- Knowledge of Shopify is preferred
- Excellent numerate and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and prioritize, as well as ensure a high quality of work completed while reaching targets
- Able to respond well to feedback with a willingness to learn and develop in this role
- Ability to work with independently and meet deadlines while pushing new projects forward
