**Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate cranes and boom trucks to lift, move, and position materials and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct pre-operation inspections of cranes and rigging equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with ground crew members to coordinate lifting operations and communicate effectively during tasks.
- Utilize rigging techniques to secure loads properly before lifting.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, and inspections.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating machinery on construction sites.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Crane Operator or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to crane operations and maintenance.
- Familiarity with rigging techniques and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $38.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 80 per week
