We are a provider of worry free logistics solutions from North America to all around the world, and provide value to our customers by having stringent quality control regarding all of our processes.

You will work in our team primarily supporting the Logistics team regarding the documentation aspect of freight logistics, assisting with implementing shipping solutions, along with general office tasks. You will work eight hours a day and five days a week.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
This role will work with the existing Operations Coordinators to perform the current roles, including but not limited to:

- Compare booking information with both incoming and outgoing documents, and detect and potential errors
- Prepare the relevant paper and digital documentation for shipping purposes
- Create invoices, packing lists and other documentation for international customs
- Inspect and check incoming and outgoing documentation for accuracy
- Analyze freight rates, calculate cost of goods, and research shipping routes
- Determine and recommend efficient and cost-effective logistics solutions
- Maintain relevant files and databases using MS Office and Google Drive apps
- Effectively monitor and track the flow of goods during the shipping process
- Prepare periodical reports for management to evaluate the overall shipping process
- Other office duties as assigned by management

**Education, Experience, Skills & Qualifications Required**:

- Previous experience or knowledge of a Freight Forwarding/Supply Chain environment
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics or another related field
- Strong sensitivity to confidential matters
- Very strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document creation software such as Adobe Acrobat
- Good computer skills with at least 60 wpm typing speed
- Ability work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Honest
- Willing and eager to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional communication demeanor
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Strong organization skills and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Previous experience working in an office environment is an asset

**Asset but not required**:

- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel such as VLOOKUP, QUERY and IF statements
- Advanced knowledge of Google Drive apps
- Industry knowledge in freight forwarding
