**Responsibilities**:
**Case Management**:

- Oversee diverse commercial litigation cases, crafting tailored strategies for resolution.

**Legal Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.

**Document Drafting**:

- Prepare precise pleadings, motions, and briefs for court proceedings.

**Advocacy**:

- Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation, delivering persuasive arguments.

**Client Counseling**:

- Provide strategic guidance to clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 5 years of commercial litigation experience demonstrating proficiency in the field.
- Strong knowledge of commercial law, including contracts, business torts, and regulatory matters.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- LL.B. or J.D. from an accredited law school and membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
