The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of General Litigation practice, with a focus on Commercial Litigation, including General Commercial Disputes, Bankruptcy & Insolvency, Construction, and Municipal law.The candidate should have a transferable practice and will help lead the commercial litigation practice.
