**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Seasonal gardening tasks such as Spring garden clean ups and Fall garden winterizing.
- Maintaining gardens: weeding, edging, cultivating and deadheading.
- Pruning/trimming of small shrubs and trees
- Splitting and transplanting overgrown perennials to promote plant health.
- Planting of bulbs, plants, shrubs, and trees.
- Collecting and removing debris, such as litter, leaves, branches, and organic waste, to maintain clean and aesthetically pleasing garden areas.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience or strong understanding of horticultural practices.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
- Physical endurance to lift, bend, dig, and perform manual labour for extended periods.
- Communicating effectively with supervisors, clients, and team members.
- A valid Full G driver’s license is required.
