**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Oversee culinary operations across all outlets, ensuring seamless execution and consistency in food quality and presentation.
- Develop and implement innovative menus that highlight South Asian cuisine, with a focus on seasonal and unique ingredients.
- Collaborate with Executive Chefs and kitchen teams to maintain culinary standards and drive operational efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen leadership and staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Ensure all outlets comply with food safety regulations and maintain organized, hygienic kitchen environments.
- Monitor food costs, manage supplier relationships, and oversee inventory control across locations.
- Partner with senior management to align culinary strategies with brand goals and market trends.

**Skills**
- Proven expertise in fine dining, with a focus on South Asian or globally inspired cuisines.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing multi-outlet kitchen operations.
- Strong knowledge of tandoor and other latest cooking techniques.
- Proficiency in food cost management, inventory control, and kitchen operations.
- Creative culinary vision with a commitment to innovation and excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and cross-department collaboration.

Pay: $100,000.00-$110,000.00 per year

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 10 years (preferred)
