**General Description**:
Reporting to the Quality Manager this individual ensures that all Customer Requirements are met, and presents products or services, with supporting documentation to customer representatives (Organizational or Governmental). Working with multiple departments to communicate customer needs and requirements, as well as collecting, assisting in generating, and preparing required outputs to achieve compliance, and attain approval of products or services, from the customer. Where questions or potential issues are identified, they are to work with the appropriate personnel/departments to aid in resolution, ensuring all concerns are adequately addressed to support both the organizational, and customer needs.

**Essential Duties**:
The duties associated with this position include, but are not limited to:

- Collection, generation, and organization of FAI documentation
- Customer presentation of products and services
- Collection, generation, and organization of product documentation
- Creation and maintenance of inspection sheets for products
- Interaction with, and participation in, corrective action activities and groups
- Maintenance of relevant tracking and document storage, physical and electronic
- Communication of specified requirements to relevant personnel and departments to support Customer need
- Coordinate with Program Management, and Engineering to communicate, support, align, and understand, customer timing and requirements.
- Follow relevant Company procedure and where required creating aid in updating or creating to drive improvement
- Use of fixtures and gauging to ensure product quality
- Other duties as assigned.

**Prerequisite Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience in the Defence Industry with emphasis on Quality Processes and customer presentation.
- Proficient in drawing interpretation (blueprint reading/CAD/etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High computer literacy-Microsoft based software
- Well organized and able to switch between functions/tasks (multitasking)
- Practical Quality experience-methods, equipment, and techniques
- Knowledge of ISO9001 and AS9100 standards
- Asset-Prior experience with automotive and manufacturing industries
- Asset
- Knowledge of welding, machining processes, and composite production
- Must be able to obtain Security Clearance if required
