**Position Summary**
We are looking for a B2B Marketing Manager based out of our Nespresso office reporting into the Marketing Director. The incumbent will be responsible for Out of Home channel, and must deliver and execute the marketing plan at national level and by market segment (yearly and long-term).

**A day in the life of a B2B Marketing Manager**:
Understand Out of home Market Insights (Coffee habits, trends, competition, market potential):

- Develop an extensive category and market comprehension leading to relevant analysis and strategic recommendations by working with internal and external data. (CRM internal data, customer insights via external firm (surveys), focus groups, external reports, economic stats and situation, etc.)
- Understand market potential and identify strategic targeted segments to prioritize (Yearly and long term)
- Identify, analyze, risks and opportunities and make clear recommendations in order to influence short
- and long-term business decisions (Quarterly external SWOT analysis to better understand gaps & adapt the Action Plans to reach target)

Responsible for Out of Home (Hospitality, Restaurants, Office ) Marketing strategy and plans:

- Responsible for defining a GoToMarket strategy by market segment through a comprehensive and balanced offer for our product line, pricing, promotional and services package that will be maximizing customer penetration and Nespresso profitability, in collaboration with the sales and finance teams.
- Increase awareness of Nespresso Pro solutions through a yearly marketing activity plan based upon an efficient and balanced marketing mix, including (and not limited to): Full funnel campaigns, Events & Sponsorship, Social Media Earn & Paid
- Increase customer acquisition through impactful campaigns and champion new sales channel development such as E-business
- Maintain & expand relationship of current clients through B2B Customer Life Cycle Management activity plan in close collaboration with CRM, Customer service and Sales Force team. Plan activities to reduce churn and increase AOS
- Responsible for designing new services for B2B categories based on market insights and trends.
- Responsible for building launch plan for new products (coffee, machines, & accessories)
- Support the direct & indirect sales teams by developing impactful sales tools such as brochures, sell sheets, one pagers

Managing Budgets and KPIs:

- Plan and manage B2B plans and standardized KPIs for our market, including preparation of annual Operating Plan total B2B, by region and by market segments.
- Manage forecast accuracy process with the support of the sales team. (Dynamic Forecast on a monthly basis + full forecast every quarter). Recommend and manage marketing expense budget; allocate marketing $ to deliver strategies.
- Approve PO's and manage the invoice in the system (NESSOFT)

Manage and develop Direct Reports:

- Manage all team supervision aspects
- Constantly assess organization structure to deliver market objectives
- Coach and mentor team members by managing work to established objectives and providing appropriate career development guidance.
- Manage talent review and succession planning processes for direct Reports
- In collaboration with HR, provide appropriate development career guidance to the direct reports

Adhere to all Company principles and policies including Nestlé trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Terms, Safety and legal regulations:

- Ensure that all commercial B2B activities are managed according to Nestlé and Nespresso business principles
- Ensure that all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes are communicated and implemented within the team

**What will make you successful?**
- Bachelor’s degree or master degree ideally in Business Administration/Commercial
- Minimum 12 years in related fields such as Key Accounting, Marketing (B2B/Trade), Key Account Management, Marketing, E-business, on trade business required (minimum 3/4)
- 5 years of experience in senior team management
- Experience in presenting to senior management
- Experience within fast moving, changing environment
- Leading / managing change in organizations with proven success in previous roles
- Multinational Matrix organization experience an asset
- Sound Project Management experience
- Line Management experience in similar environment: successful track record of developing and coaching people: connect and motivate the sales team (virtual team as well/ trough agents)
