Buyer’s Agent

Are you a licensed Realtor who loves working with buyers but wants the support, systems, and leads that come with being on a top-producing team?

We’re looking for a motivated and service-focused **Buyer’s Agent** to join our dynamic team in North Delta. You'll work side-by-side with a trusted, experienced brand that provides you with warm leads, proven systems, and full back-end support—so you can focus on doing what you do best: building relationships and closing deals.

**Your Role & Responsibilities**:

- Serve buyer clients from initial consultation to possession and beyond
- Show properties, prepare CMAs, write offers, and negotiate on behalf of buyers
- Educate clients about current market conditions, processes, and opportunities
- Attend inspections, walkthroughs, and client meetings as needed
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and keep clients updated throughout
- Be a brand ambassador for our team in the community and online

**Requirements**:

- **Active Real Estate License in British Columbia**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience helping buyers preferred
- A reliable vehicle and flexible schedule (evenings/weekends as needed)
- Strong understanding of the local market (North Delta, Surrey, Ladner, Tsawwassen)
- Passion for helping people find their dream home with professionalism and care
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and team player
