AutoCanada’s General Managers not only lead an individual dealership but are also key members of the leadership team for the whole of AutoCanada. Reporting to the Vice President, Domestic Brands Platform, you will be responsible for ensuring the profitability of the organization through your individual contribution and leadership teamwork.

**Pay Range**

- History of outstanding success in a high-volume dealership
- A culture builder with a proven track record of developing a high-performing team with low turnover

- Financial statement fluency and knowledge of how to achieve net profit targets
- Ability to build and execute the Dealership strategy
