Service Manager

SERVICE MANAGER: Must have experience with Service Writing and have Marine shop experience. Must have management experience and ust have marine mechanical experience with certification. Computer proficiency is required. Must be organized and have a high level of attention to detail. Must be able to work unsupervised. Hours required fluctates, must be able to work evenings and weekends as well.
Duties include, but are not limited to: Booking in work for the shop, organizing jobs for each tech day to day, organizing technicians, assisting with technicians questions, willing to work on boats, managing cleanliness of boats, shops and storage, overseeing day to day activities, receive payments and create invoices, creating and finishing work orders, looking up engine parts needed and working closely with parts department to ensure service parts are fully stocked, work with engine and boat manufactures for warranty repairs, working closely with sales department to ensure all is needed for boat deliveries.
This is a permanent position. Must have a driver's license, prefer minimum Code 20 for towing or be willing to get. First Aid is an asset. Mercury/Mercruiser experience preferred. **Salary**: $75,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
