**JOB SUMMARY**:
The Rubber Tire Backhoe Heavy Equipment Operator reports to a Lead Hand/Foreman to assist in the installation of electrical and underground utilities.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work **5 - 6 days a week**, **8 - 10 hours a day**.
- Operate the **Rubber Tire Backhoe** & other equipment as required (skid steer, loader, etc.)
- **Dig, backfill, and sand trenches** with heavy equipment.
- Perform **preventative maintenance** procedures on equipment.
- Adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
- **Team Player**:

- Perform labour tasks as needed.
- Site setup and cleanup.
- Adapt to changing priorities.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Valid Class 5 driver’s license required.
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
- Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, bend and walk.
- Willing & able to work in all weather conditions.

**Salary**: From $29.00 per hour
