**Job Title**:Skilled Irrigation Labourer

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- System Installation**: Help install and set up advanced irrigation systems, including pipelines, valves, and sprinkler heads. Ensure all components are properly aligned and functioning.
**- Maintenance & Repair**:Support site leads perform in-depth inspections and proactive maintenance of irrigation systems. Support the diagnose and resolve complex issues such as leaks, malfunctions, and system inefficiencies.
**- Technical Expertise**: Utilize your knowledge of various irrigation technologies and techniques to optimize system performance and address technical challenges.
**- Equipment Operation**:Operate and maintain specialized irrigation tools and machinery. Ensure all equipment is well-maintained, safe to use, and calibrated correctly.
**- Site Preparation**:Prepare work sites by digging trenches, clearing obstructions, and ensuring proper conditions for installation and maintenance work.
**- Compliance & Safety**: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols. Implement best practices to maintain a safe work environment and minimize risks.
**- Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of all installation, maintenance, and repair activities. Provide clear reports and updates to supervisors.
**- Customer Interaction**: Occasionally interact with clients to understand their irrigation needs and provide professional recommendations.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience**:Proven experience in irrigation systems or a related field, with a strong understanding of installation, maintenance, and repair.
**- Technical Skills**: Knowledge of irrigation components, including pumps, timers, and controllers. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
**- Physical Stamina**: Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy equipment, working in varying weather conditions, and standing for extended periods.
**- Certifications**: Relevant certifications or training in irrigation systems or landscaping are preferred.
**- Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively with team members and clients.
**- Reliability**: High level of dependability, punctuality, and professionalism. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
**- License**: A valid driver’s license is required.

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
