**Reporting to: Procurement Manager**

Ralmax Group of Companies has an exciting and immediate opening for an hourly non-union position as a Procurement & Logistics Lead, working with a small professional team who are responsible for sourcing all materials, parts, and equipment for Point Hope Maritime.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sourcing & generating purchase orders for parts, supplies, warehousing and other services.
- Organizing shipping, communicating with shippers, drivers, brokers, etc.
- Tracking inbound shipments of parts ordered.
- Receiving purchase orders and maintaining records in our ERP system.
- Ensure pricing information and quotes are accurate and economical and that alternatives are explored, as directed by the Procurement Manager
- Coordinating the distribution of materials, parts, and services within the shipyards and for service in the field.
- Ensuring outgoing shipments are picked up and arrive at their intended destination.
- Assist with warehouse storage and ensuring trades have supplies they need.
- Administration of the Equipment pool including daily equipment allocations and reports.
- Assist and research parts requirements for Trades.
- Performing miscellaneous logístical tasks.

**Education **and Experience**:

- At least one year of experience in a similar role.
- _Preferred:_ knowledge of marine parts and equipment

**General Skills**:

- Proficiency with MS Office and experience using ERP software.
- Ability to multitask and track multiple items at once.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills are a must.
