**Job description**

**Primary areas of responsibility include**:

- To optimize, schedule, implement, and successfully manage daily production efficiency while meeting cost objectives and maintain profitability goals.
- Assuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Capable to compile productivity reports.
- To manage and mentor, hire and train production workers at a high level of quality production.
- Evaluate employee performance and motivate in order to achieve maximum productivity output.
- Extensive Knowledge of the equipment and tooling used in this industry.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Must have experience in the manufacturing of custom assembly manufacturing within the **window or door industry**
- Leadership aptitude and the ability to motivate workers.
- Highly energetic with a great sense of urgency.
- Strong time management with scheduling capabilities.
- A mentor with great leadership skills
- Highly organized individual to manage a clean and safe floor environment.
- A Mechanical Technologist or Engineering background is an asset.
- Proficient computer skills.

**Experience Required**:
Minimum 5 years in a management role in the window and door manufacturing industry.

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
