**FINISHING CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT - Multi-Storey Residential - Interior Work**

We are building a very large apartment complex in Ottawa requiring a 2nd superintendent for interior work.

In the construction industry since 2004, Clobracon specializes in new commercial construction, multi-residential and complicated renovation projects, with our projects ranging from Ottawa to Eastern Quebec. We offer a hands-on, fast-paced and very dynamic work environment, ideal for independent and pro-active people who enjoy a good challenge, in which employees get to experience a wide array of projects of varying size and complexity.

Job responsibilities for the position are as follows:
SUPERINTENDENT RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Monitoring the schedule, ensuring conformance

2. Coordination of work:
3. Supply of materials and equipment:
4. Communication with the project manager:
5. Responsibility for health and safety on the site:
6. Quality control:
7. General:
a. Open and secure the site every morning and evening - as required

b. Complete all required reports.

c. Weekend work as needed

**Experience**:

- minimum 5 years
- Experience with finishing in a multi-story construction residential use.

**Skills**:
1. Comfortable with computers, good knowledge of Microsoft Office

2. Strong technical understanding of construction

3. Knowledge of interior finishing

4. Good communication skills

Les responsabilités du poste sont les suivantes:

5. Responsabilité pour la santé et sécurité sur le chantier:
6. Contrôle de qualité:
7. Généralités:
a. Ouvrir et sécuriser le chantier chaque matin et soir - tel que requis

b. Remplir les Rapports journaliers et autres

c. Travail de fin de semaine selon les besoins

**Expérience**:

- minimum 5 ans

**Compétences**:

- Confortable avec des ordinateurs, une bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office
- Compréhension technique solide de construction
- Expérience avec la nouvelle construction, finition intérieure
- Bon communicateur
