**Position Summary**
The Site Superintendent (SS) is an experienced position and is primarily responsible for all aspects of construction management on worksites, including planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating construction projects from start to finish. The SS works cohesively with the Project Manager and other project members from the office. The SS always represents MARANT’s core values, high standards of client relationship and work product. The SS demonstrates proven influential, leadership skills and monitors workers and subcontractors to ensure that duties are being completed in an efficient, effective, and safe manner. The SS must have a strong dedication to health and safety in the workplace, ensuring that the worksite is fully compliant as it relates to documentation, safety stations, and regulatory requirements and is responsible for making sure all workers and subcontractors perform their duties in accordance with MARANT Construction Limited’s policies and procedures.
