**Responsabilités du poste**:
Relevant du Superviseur Qualité, le ou la Technicien(ne) Contrôle Qualité a pour mission de réaliser des contrôles qualité et projets pour assurer l’atteinte des objectifs de l’organisation. Ces tâches sont effectuées dans le respect des règles d’usine et selon les valeurs Cascades. À titre de Technicien(ne) Contrôle Qualité, tu auras à:

- Participer à l’implantation et au maintien des standards de la gestion de la qualité;
- Effectuer le plan de test contrôle de la qualité;
- Assurer le suivi des actions correctives lorsqu’un produit est non-conforme;
- Aviser la production ou toute autre personne concernée lors de problèmes qui pourraient affecter la qualité du produit;
- Former les employés sur les standards de qualité à atteindre;
- Assurer le maintien des normes de qualité/salubrité alimentaire (GFSI/SQF);

- Être un bon communicateur et démontrer du leadership;
- Être un modèle au niveau des bonnes pratiques de fabrication;
- Démontrer de la flexibilité et de la disponibilité;
