As a Quality Assurance Technician at Soucy, you will be at the heart of our performance, ensuring that our processes meet the highest industry standards. Working in partnership with our various teams, your role will be to document and update our various quality processes. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining and improving our ways of doing things

**In this position, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Document and update the various quality system processes
- Validate the use of quality system forms and modify them as required
- Provide support for ISO audits, regulatory inspections and customer audits
- Support the implementation of a consolidated solution for the management of quality criteria, customer feedback, deviation requests and corrective actions
- All other related tasks

**With the following skills and qualities, you will be successful in this role**:

- Experience working with a quality system
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of the Office suite

**And these assets will strengthen your impact**:

- DEC in industrial engineering or equivalent will be considered an asset
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (asset)
