Festival Worker

**Job Overview** Sudbury Fun Fest is coming into Sudbury at Bell Park on August 16th & 17th and we are seeking some temporary staff to help with setup, operations and takedown of the park. This is a temporary 1 weekend position with the potential for call-backs throughout the summer season as your availability permits. **Duties** - Monitoring and supervising inflatable units ensuring guest safety - Working in the "Candy Tent" making Popcorn, Cotton Candy and Sno Cones - Setup and tear down of park, including lifting, bending and moving of units - Staking units down and ensuring park remains clean and operational - Engage with children in a positive manner, ensuring their safety and enjoyment during their visit. - Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively, demonstrating excellent public speaking skills when necessary. - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high levels of guest satisfaction. **Experience** - Previous experience in customer service or guest services is preferred. - Experience working with children is highly desirable. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to effectively interact with guests and team members.
