The starting wage is $17 per hour, plus an annual bonus, based on employee performance. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM. Duties include: - Scanning documents - Filing, printing, and mailing documents - Organizing keys and lockboxes - Reception duties (greeting, receiving payments, tracking courier packages) - Preparing bank deposits - Data entry - Other light administrative duties as needed This position operates under tight deadlines, therefore an ability to prioritize and stay organized is a requirement. Excellent attendance is expected.
