- Day In The Life
- Complete take-offs/estimates for assigned projects
- Follow up on single scope projects
- Complete work orders & prepare material order sheets
- Mark up drawings on Bluebeam as part of takeoff process
- Communicate frequently with Estimating team to obtain and share knowledge and information
- Attend pre-bid & post-bid meetings
- Visit job sites

- Post secondary education in a construction program (i.e. Architectural Technology, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, etc.)
- Ability to read specs and drawings
- Microsoft Excel
