The Basketball Experience is a Non-Profit Organization dedicated to providing an enriching, inclusive, and developmental basketball training environment, where we leverage basketball as a tool for fostering life skills, confidence, and a love for sports, allowing players of all ages and skill levels to see the impact a Basketball Experience can have

Our dynamic basketball skill program is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated coaches to join our team and help young athletes, ages 5 to 18, elevate their game

**What we are looking for**:

- A heart for service and a genuine passion for basketball and youth development.
- Previous experience in coaching, training, or a related educational role. Experience with young children in a professional setting is highly valued
- Availability for consistent evening and/or weekend sessions that align with our program session schedules.
- Adaptability to follow our program lesson plans, while maintaining the flexibility, and creativity to adapt training to meet the needs of the players.
- Someone eager to learn and grow. We provide support on certifications, and will provide training on our systems and styles, plus ongoing support from our experienced TBE coaches.
