We are seeking a personal trainer/coach who wants to grow with us and truly want to help people get better by getting them to a healthier place.

He/she should have exceptional customer service skills and know that successful gyms find unique and meaningful ways to continually assist their members. Keeping members happy by helping them achieve the results they want is your #1 priority.

Personal trainers/coach will work closely with the Owner and Manager. The coach may also lead our member training/coaching program.

Some of the Job duties include:

- Conducting personal, small group, and group sessions
- Selling personal/group training packages
- Selling membership plans to prospects.
- Office duties and gym housekeeping.
- Social media postings and outreach.

**Compensation** is a combination of base salary, service pay (for conducting personal and group training sessions), a bonus out of net personal training revenue.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Saskatoon, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Personal Training: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Personal Training Certification (required)
