Our first brand, Freddie, is focused on improving sexual health through education, prevention and treatment with a focus on the LGBTQ2S+ community—we're now the largest HIV prevention service in Canada Our second brand, Frida, is focused on improving mental health and happiness through education, diagnosis and treatment. Frida is changing the lives of patients with easier access to adult ADHD diagnosis, and fast and affordable treatment.

**Who we hope to find**:
PurposeMed is looking for a VP, Marketing who can accelerate user acquisition across both the Freddie and Frida brands, as well as future brands we launch. Reporting into the Chief Commercialization Officer, you will lead a diverse marketing team of nine people that includes performance marketers, content creators, designers and event organizers (and grow that team over time to meet business needs).
**In this role, you'll make an impact by**:
- Driving overall efforts, from strategy through execution, to grow Freddie and Frida through paid (e.g. Facebook, Google, TikTok) and organic channels
- Overseeing CAC tracking and calibration on a daily basis across paid spend and tactically adjusting spend allocations through tight coordination with channel management teams
- Collaborating closely with your VP, Growth and VP, Product counterparts to rapidly run and analyze A/B experiments across areas like paid landing pages and lifecycle flows that drive improved conversion rate in support of acquisition, activation and retention efforts
- Owning the planning and development process for longer-term (quarterly/annual) paid acquisition spend planning and budgeting, drawing from a deep understanding of how various spend line items directly contribute to overall CAC and performance metrics of Freddie and Frida
- Serving as a world-class people leader of digital marketing teams with the ability to guide and mentor direct reports: you'll be leading a team of nine marketers—mentoring their development, cultivating their success, and fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation and fun
- Continuing to build the team's capabilities through agencies, freelancers, and new team members as needed
**We need someone who has**:
- 3+ years in a leadership role on the marketing or growth team of a performance oriented, consumer-focused technology company with a proven track record of success
- Deep understanding of best practices across key growth marketing channels (Google, Facebook, TikTok etc.)
- A bias towards analytics and measurement, and extensive experience with having your work measured against or towards growth-related goals
- Excellent managerial and mentoring skills, with an ability to coach and develop more junior talent and bring out the best in others
- Passion for healthcare, mental health issues, and the LGBTQ2S+ community
