SAS CI360 Marketing Campaign Specialist

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform setup, configuration, and enablement activities for the implementation of new and evolving marketing use cases.
- Support all marketing segmentations, post processes, tasks, and workflows.
- Provide product mentoring and share best practices on how to best leverage tools, software, and/or capabilities on hand.
- Provide implementation guidance on journeys and marketing strategies for future use cases within SAS CI360.
- Train marketing personnel on platform usage and campaign execution.
- Provide end-to-end support for launching marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and troubleshoot live campaigns to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide ongoing recommendations for improving campaign performance.
- Assist with post-campaign analysis and reporting.
Qualifications:

- 8+ yrs of experience in similar role
- Proven experience in marketing campaign management within the SAS CI360 platform.
- Strong understanding of marketing segmentation, workflows, and campaign execution.
- Excellent mentoring and training skills.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with various teams.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

Pay: $60.00-$65.00 per hour
