Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Product, you'll collaborate with product management, engineering, and content teams to put the user at the core of every decision. Together, you'll create a seamless and intelligent self-service experience, combining ready-to-use components and flexible building blocks tailored to our customers' needs.

**As Director of Product Design, you will**:

- Champion design at a strategic level, demonstrating the value of user experiences that prioritize real needs, business objectives, and simplicity.
- Define and drive a clear vision for the product experience across the platform, ensuring every interface is intuitive, consistent, accessible, and scalable.
- Elevate design quality and innovation, inspiring your team to aim for excellence at every step of the user journey.
- Lead the design, evolution, and governance of our design system, ensuring reusability, visual performance, and accessibility across the product ecosystem.
- Oversee documentation production (user manuals, integration tutorials, and API guides) to ensure engaging and autonomous support for our users.
- Translate complex concepts into clear, useful, and accessible information for diverse audiences.

**What qualifies you for this role**:

- 8+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-impact solutions and measurable results.
- 5+ years of team management, demonstrating strong leadership and the ability to build a culture of excellence and continuous feedback.
- Proven expertise in product design strategy, design systems, and cross-functional collaboration within complex software environments.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts, influence stakeholders, and articulate a clear vision of the user experience.
