**Your Role**

Receptionist duties include organizing the office, booking appointments, answering phones and collecting payments.

**Secretarial Responsibilities**:
Document Preparation & Management:

- Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies.
- Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.

Customer Service:

- Answer telephone in French and English, provide information, take messages, transfer calls, and book patients' appointments.
- Greet visitors handle their inquiries and payment method.

Meeting Coordination:

- Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with patients and supervisor.
- Contact hospital for surgery space and ensure appropriate documents are submitted.

Office & Inventory:

- Ensure office is clean at all times
- Check mail and organize items that are arriving
- Order necessary supplies and materials and check if items are received.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Bilingual; must be able to Write and Speak fluently in **French** and **English**
- Proficient in word, excel and Google Calendar
- Ability to multi-task

**Our location**:Our office does not offer parking, we are near Atwater metro.
