**About the Role**:
Market Research Interviewers conduct telephone surveys with people throughout the United States and Canada on a variety of topics including buying habits, customer satisfaction, consumer, social and political issues. **There is no telemarketing or sales involved.
We are hiring for this position at an **hourly wage **of $16.50.

**What you can expect to be doing**:

- Conduct telephone surveys for research purposes
- Read aloud a questionnaire as it is written and record the respondent’s answers accurately
- Check and revise all responses for accuracy, proper spelling, and grammar Have a courteous, customer service approach

**What you’ll need**:

- Self-motivated and positive attitude
- Minimum typing speed 45 words per minute with 90% accuracy
- Prior experience in a call center, customer support, telemarketing, or phone interviewing is beneficial
- Excellent time management skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking French High school diploma or GED preferred

**What’s in it for you**:

- Minimum 3 shifts a week with one weekend shift required
- Flexibility to amend schedule each week Expected working hours are 4:00 - 11:00 pm
