**What You Will be Doing**:
Program Development & Implementation:

- Develop specific criteria and attributes that would identify residents with mental health and clinical needs
- Research, design, and implement all components of mental health programs
- Provide consultation, assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of individual plans of care

Evaluation and Quality Improvement:

- Create a measurement based program plan
- Design a approach for urgent and developing mental health needs
- Conduct rounds to ensure plans of care are meeting the needs of the residents

Interdisciplinary Collaboration:

- Collaborate with leadership and team members to ensure programs are designed and implantation aligns with Sienna mission, vision and values

**Who You Are**:

- You are a Registered Nurse, an Advanced Practice Nursing, or a Regulated Health Professional in a relevant field. You are in good standing with your associated regulatory College
- Require 5 years clinical experience involving clients with mental health and addiction issues
- Design experience in developing program using evidence based practices
- Experience in leading change, monitoring and measuring outcomes, and the ability to provide advanced clinical care
- You have excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, teaching and computer skills
- You are proficient with MS Office, Outlook, Word and Excel

- You must successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check and/or Criminal Record Check applicable to the appropriate province
