Someone who is caring, passionate, and dynamic who is interested to commit themselves to the craft of making artisan sourdough breads. **Primary responsibilities** - Cutting, shaping and proofing of dough - Baking breads in our deck oven - Mixing dough up to per 160kg batch - Slicing and packing breads and buns - Prep work - Cleaning and restocking inventory **Must Haves** - 1 years commercial kitchen experience - 1 year of bread baking or dough experience ideal - Culinary/ baking education is preferred - strong constitution, able to lift 50 lbs - No existing injuries - Willing to work with **intensity**: - Ability to multitask and operate in fast pace when needed - Can work independently or in a team - Can arrive independently on time **Schedule and Pay** - PT 3-4 days week approx 25-30 hr week t - Shift length approx 6-8hr - Weekdays/ at least one weekend day - Ideal days: Thursday - Sunday - General Availability 6am - 2pm - $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (depending on years of **_experience_**) **plus tips** **Ability to commute/relocate** - Hamilton ON: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **What we Offer** - A fast-paced environment with ambitious growth and plenty of opportunity to grow - Delicious bakery products to delight your senses Big League Food Company is the next generation of beloved food brands.
