**What you’ll deliver**:

- Efficiently assist customers in finding the appropriate parts for their vehicle
- Assist with telephone inquiries
- Looking up parts in an electronic catalog for service techs, as well as wholesale and retail customers
- Sourcing parts not in inventory from area depots and trading partners
- Receiving orders and stocking parts to the appropriate location within the department
- Other tasks assigned by the Parts Manager.

**What you need to succeed**:

- Strong Mechanical Computer skills
- Knowledge of components in vehicle powertrain, body, & suspension
- Build ethics/integrity into all tasks and responsibilities
- Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Personable, reliable, courteous
- Strong attention to detail skills
