**Job Summary**:
Now, if you were to come on board as a **Financial Analyst, Operations** we’d ask you to do the following for us:

- Working with the Operations team and having a close grip on financial/commercial tasks for the concerned site.
- Provide accounting, operational, and administrative support to the project and/or Manager and ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, and entering transactions. Duties include monthly estimates, client billings, reporting, variance analysis, annual budgeting process, managing A/P functions and vendor communication along with tracking PO spend. Manages high level A/R function (sending invoices & following up on payments). Working closely with the Operations team on all non-financial tasks pertaining to that site. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
- Develop and maintain effective business relationships cross functionally with business partners, clients and associates
- Act as a primary support for Operation Administrators and Unit Controllers
- Preparing monthly client billing and project billing (as required).
- Handling queries from Operations and Management.
- Ad hoc Analysis as required on a periodic basis.
- Process vendor incoices weekly and follow up on A/R invoices and follow the agreed financial calendar.
- Working with Accounting & Operations to prepare Monthly estimates.
- Assist in all new account opening and visit units as required.
- All other duties as assigned.

- Degree in Finance and Accounting field required; currently working towards CPA designation or any accounting designation preferred.
- Strong attention to detail as well as critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Self-starter, deadline oriented with high level of accuracy while completing any task.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in Accounting/FP&A field is preferred.
- Working knowledge of any ERP package (JDE/SAP/Oracle) and reporting tools.
- Experienced with Excel and intermediate level functionalities (V-lookups, pivot tables, etc.)
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, analytically inclined and team player.
- Strong business acumen & professionalism.
- Ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks and meet frequent deadlines.
- Positive attitude with the willingness to accept flexibility in assignments and the desire to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to excel.
