Our warehouse and distribution team plays a critical role in keeping our stores and commissary running smoothly. We’re looking for a licensed Forklift Operator/Warehouse Worker to join our team and help keep operations safe, efficient, and organized.

What you’ll do
- Safely and efficiently operate a Counterbalance Electric forklift to support daily warehouse operations
- Receive deliveries at the loading dock, verify shipments against purchase orders, and direct them to the correct department or location
- Assist with shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and put-away tasks
- Perform quality checks, inventory counts, and help resolve shortages
- Label items to ensure compliance with nutritional information requirements
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ECRS and assist with capacity planning and scheduling
- Support supply chain initiatives including distribution to retail and food production facilities
- Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in the warehouse
- Follow and promote health and safety practices at all times
- Provide support at retail store locations as needed
- Take on additional warehouse-related duties as required

What we’re looking for
- Valid Forklift Operator license with demonstrated experience on a Counterbalance Electric forklift
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safety procedures
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexibility to assist across warehouse and retail operations as needed
- Ability to work early mornings (Monday-Friday starting at 7am, with 1 weekend shift as required)
- Physically able to lift and haul items, and work outdoors in all seasons
- Calm under pressure, collaborative, and dependable in a fast-paced environment
