Serious Smoke Food Truck is a vibrant and popular mobile food truck, specializing in mouthwatering barbeque dishes that leave customers craving for more. We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as part-time Food Truck Employees. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic food truck operation and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional flavors and excellent customer service.

Position: Cash/Cook (Part-Time)

**Responsibilities**:
Food Preparation: Morning preparation of vegetables, cooking stations, and meat prep.

Customer Service: Provide friendly, efficient, and attentive customer service to ensure an exceptional experience. Take customer orders, answer questions about the menu, and provide recommendations.

Cashier Duties: Operate the cash register, handle cash transactions accurately, and process credit/debit card payments. Maintain proper cash-handling procedures and ensure the accuracy of sales transactions.

Food Truck Operations: Assist in setting up and maintaining a clean and organized food truck environment. This includes stocking food supplies, utensils, and condiments, as well as cleaning and sanitizing workstations.

Food Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Follow proper food handling, storage, and disposal procedures to ensure food quality and safety.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen environment with knowledge of food preparation, and basic cooking techniques OR experience in a serving/cashier role with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices is a bonus.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift fryer baskets and other objects, and work in various weather conditions.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and passion for delivering exceptional food and service.
