**Duties Include**:

- Establish, enhance and monitor credit/collection policies
- Monitors all company credit accounts for compliance with established credit/collection policies
- Conducts proactive risk assessments
- Manages overall cash forecasting functions and related reporting requirements
- Coaches and mentors credit analyst
- Interacts on all levels of organization to ensure awareness of high risk credit situations
- Builds strong relationships with all internal and external customers to promote credit sales growth while minimizing bad debt losses
- Liaises with external auditors and responds to queries when necessary
- Interacts with various credit reporting agencies and merchant service providers to ensure the needs of the department and business growth is fulfilled
- CCP Designation
- 10+ years of related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of construction industry, domestic, and US credit experience is required.
- Strong negotiation skills & ability to make sound decisions and solve problems.
- Superior organizational, interpersonal, multitasking, analytical, prioritizing, leadership, coaching, mentoring and communications skills both oral and written.
- Intermediate PC skills for word processing and excel spreadsheet analysis.
- Must possess a willingness to provide a very high level of quality customer service both internally and externally in a positive and professional manner.
