**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
The company is currently seeking an Product Marketing Manager for its Office/Workgroup products to support the color and monochrome MFP lineup, Printers, AIO and SFP and related solutions—integrated as well as those near to the machine. Individual will also be responsible for learning key features of related services, solutions and programs.

As an Product Marketing Manager, you will be part of a team that guides/strategies, launches and manages the Office/Workgroup_ Production Print_ portfolio and related solutions (integrated and near to machine), inclusive of all required launch materials, promotions, programs, preparing and submitting product data for SAP/S4 Hana (VC, CPQ, etc.) pricing and managing necessary 3rd party relationships (for those solutions unique to Canada). You will work with the KMBS Digital & Office Products, Production Print, BIS, SCM, Administration, IT teams to carry out responsibilities.

You’ll _collaborate with _the BCA Product Management team (Product Marketing Managers, Product Marketing Coordinator, etc.) with the overall operation of various workstreams, team meetings and workshops.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- _ Support the Digital Workplace and Office/Workgroup, Production Print and BIS teams in the overall sales and marketing goals as well as contribute to sales strategy initiatives for Konica Minolta BCA_
- _ Focus on Office Product, Production Print and related solutions Product Marketing efforts_
- Prepare, submit and validate product and software PSMs and VCs and maintain and accurate and updated CPQ
- Item Number Changes
- Description Changes
- Remove EOL Items
- Hide items that are not readily available
- Any and all updates related to product availability that will facilitate ordering through CPQ
- Collaborate with BCA Supply Chain Management, BCA Administration, BCA Professional Services and BCA Service Teams to ensure CPQ VCs are accurate and up to date (Professional Services Charges, Delivery Charges, Service/Technical Charges
- Work with KMBS IT Team to submit CPQ, review and validate configurations
- Coordinate the launch of respective _Office Products, Production Print and Solutions _with all BCA departments—Marketing, Administration, Service, Professional Services, SCM, etc.
- Adapt KMBS launch materials (Data Sheets, PowerPoint, Spec & Install Guides, etc.) for BCA market and prepare BCA-specific resources to ensure required sales-facing and customer-facing collateral will meet market needs.
- Support the product and solutions needs of all sales channels, inclusive of Bids, RFPs, virtual or in-person demonstrations, event support.
- Work with BCA Product Marketing team to ensure that item setups, pricing, SAP, price sheets, etc. are updated on a timely basis.
- Maintain constant communications with KMBS Product Management & BIS teams to keep abreast of all marketing and product
- & solution-related initiatives and adapt accordingly for BCA market.

SKILLS
- Previous work experience as an Product Marketing Manager, Marketing and/or Sales expertise or similar role, in the technology industry _preferred_
- Have a strong understanding with a successful track record for technology and innovation
- Strong written and oral communication skills at multiple levels of an organization with organizational and interpersonal skills
- Adept in Project Management, with innate ability to effectively manage Product Marketing Manager tasks as well as those assigned to internal departments and third-party partners, etc.
- Proficiency in launch processes required to assist Product Marketing Coordinator as well as support other BCA Product Marketing Managers
- Bi-lingual capabilities a plus

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- BA or BS, degree with a Bachelor of: Marketing, Commerce, Business or Bachelor of Management or Project Management Studies preferred
- 4 years’ experience in technology marketing
- Strong writing and communication skills, including ability to conduct virtual (Webinars) and in-person presentations to groups of all sizes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well organized and detailed oriented
- Team Player—willingness to assist with duties that will contribute to success Product Marketing efforts
- This position requires occasional travel to customer and non-customer sites, primarily in North America (20%); international travel a possibility
