Vancouver, Canada Rogers Communications Full time

**The Sales Representative** will promote and sell **Home & Wireless Services** to residential customers. You will assess customer needs, educate them on available packages, and confidently guide them to the right solutions.

Your primary goal is to **deliver results, help customers upgrade their services, and contribute to the growth of our customer base** — all while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer experience.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- **Identify and engage with potential customers** through community outreach, referrals, and networking
- **Present Internet, TV, Mobility, and Smart Home solutions** to customers
- **Confidently guide customers through their options and close sales** to meet targets
- **Build and maintain a database of leads**, effectively prioritizing follow-ups
- **Maintain professional representation of the Rogers brand** at all times
- **Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals**
- Other duties as required to support team and company growth

**Qualifications**
- **High school diploma or equivalent** (required)
- **Proven sales experience**, preferably in telecom, retail, or customer service
- **Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills**
- **Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities**
- **Comfortable with rejection and confident asking for the sale**
- **Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation**

**Preferred Qualifications**
- **Previous experience selling telecom, home services, or technology solutions**
- **Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment**
- **Experience mentoring or leading small teams** (desired but not mandatory)

Pay: $50,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
