**Accounts Payable Administrator**

The AP Administrator will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable function for multiple companies within the Nordstern Group. You will be reporting directly to the Controller and be a collaborative member of the AP team, processing AP transactions, including matching, coding, and data entry.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Match invoices to appropriate paperwork (packing slips)
- Enter invoices into the ERP daily
- Maintain accurate supplier information
- Initiate payments to suppliers according to the payment terms
- Manage records in digital folders
- Ability to periodically cover the dynamic reception area

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 1-2 years of accounts payable experience is preferred
- Accounting / Business diploma is considered an asset
- Enjoys working in a fast paced team environment
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Organized, punctual, and detailed
- Proficient in digital folder and file structures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
