**Your participation**

The Project Coordinator must first and foremost understand the requirements and constraints of each project. He is responsible for the scheduling, the executing, the monitoring, the controlling and the closing of the site activities that he was assigned. Supported by a technical team, the Project Coordinator is the project’s key individual and will serve as the clients’ main technical contact.
- Participate in the development of the service offer and timeframe;
- Schedule, do the follow-up and establish a timeframe for the tasks pertaining to the project;
- Detect, bring to light and master all the risk elements of a project and coordinate the development of strategies required for its success;
- Clearly define the required documents for the project’s completion;
- Conduct follow-ups on everything pertaining to the timeframe, the resources and the deliverables related to the project;
- Plan and organize meetings with all of the project’s participants;
- Keep the project’s team and internal colleagues informed of the project’s progress via the integrated management system;
- Manage several projects simultaneously;
- Assess the projects in order to improve the process and practices;
- Identify the best evolution opportunities of the projects;
- Visit clients in order to deliver the services offered by VibroSystM;
- Collaborate with the ZOOM Support team to resolve service calls.

**Your knowledge and experience**
- Relevant experience;
- College or university degree in engineering or equivalent experience;
- Proficiency in English and Spanish language;
- Excellent relational skills;
- Be organized and able to adapt easily;
- Have discretion and a professional conscience;
- Be resourceful and autonomous towards the work to be done.

**Assets**
- Knowledge on the hydro electrical, thermal or mining centrals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
