Coquitlam, Canada Hydrowest Products Ltd. Full time

Hydrowest Products is a wholesaler in gas, heating products and distributor for HVAC equipment, located in Coquitlam and Abbotsford, BC. We are looking to hire an experienced sales representative who is a self-starter, creative, take pride in providing excellent customer service to all our customers.

**Core responsibilities**:
**Sales Assistant**:
1. Answering sales calls, identifying products, checking accuracy, and generate picking order for warehouse team

2. Assisting inside sales in checking the accuracy of sales order down to picking order prior to parts being shipped to our customer or being picked up by our customer

3. Assisting in administration of products/parts warranty claims and service warranty claims

4. Follow-ups and proactively monitor ongoing back-order sales and new sales lead

5. Identifying right person to handle sales calls, attend and process the sales, or transfer the calls/take messages as necessary for the right person who able to process the sales

6. Assisting in marketing initiatives in creating content using available social media platforms, and responding to online customer comments/inquiries

7. Other duties as assigned to help with operations and sales team

**Customer Service**:
1. Providing product technical information to customer based on technical product drawing from manufacturer

2. Reading technical chart and providing accurate product sizing as specified by customer

3. Providing solutions, suggesting alternative solutions when an issue/problem occurred to customer or co-worker

**Skills and Requirements**:
1. A team player who will not limit his/her abilities to constantly learning, improving, and challenging the status quo in pursue of better/improved results

4. Ready to roll-off your sleeve and help each other in a team environment

**Compensation and Benefits**:
1. Hourly Rate (competitive and based on your experiences and performance)

2. Extended Health Benefits and Dental effective after 3 months probation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$35.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
