**Job Overview**
We are seeking motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Construction Labourer. In this role, you will be an integral part of our construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work sites are safe, organized, and efficient. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Must have a valid drivers license.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation and clean-up of construction sites before, during, and after projects.
- Load and unload materials and equipment required for construction tasks.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete assigned tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance on tools and equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced team members.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude on the job site.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
