Position Description
This is a high-impact, high-volume role that requires creativity, collaboration, and a deep understanding of early talent acquisition trends.
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities, colleges, and student organizations across Canada.
- Represent TTI Canada at career fairs, info sessions, and campus events to promote our brand and attract top talent.
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for campus early talent roles, including:
- Conducting intake meetings with hiring managers
- Creating compelling job postings and interview guides
- Developing and executing campus sourcing strategies
- Managing offer approvals and onboarding coordination
- Manage on campus presence aligned to brand
- Analyze recruitment data and provide insights on hiring trends, program performance, and areas for improvement.
- Travel as necessary to campus events, approximately 10-20% travel
What You Will Bring
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 1 year focused on campus or early talent recruitment.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with academic institutions and student communities.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and educate stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (Workday experience is an asset).
- Bilingualism in French and English is considered an asset.
- A passion for engaging with students and building the future talent pipeline.
